Making a Purchase
Making a purchase in West Point Tackle online shop is simple and easy. First choose the product you would like to purchase. Next, select the option (color, size, etc. depending on the product) if available and press yellow Add to Cart button. You will be transferred to your cart where you can either update the quantity, proceed with check-out or return to shopping. If you are shopping from Overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency using the exchange rate applicable at the time. You can go back to your basket and proceed with check-out at any time while browsing for products by clicking one of yellow View Cart buttons located on top and at the bottom of every product page. You can pay for goods using your credit card or your PayPal account. Once we receive your order it will be dispatched on the next working day (see Shipping section). West Point Tackle accept most major credit cards for online orders. You can also pay by PayPal.

Availability of Product
Most of the items available in West Point Tackle online shop are handmade and therefore availability may by temporarily limited. In case you are interested in buying the item that is not currently in stock, please contact us using our contact form.

Shipping
West Point Tackle attempts to ensure that all orders are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Parcels are usually send using An Post (Irish National Postal Service). If you want to discuss other method of shipment, please use contact form.

Returns
If you have received an item that is damaged or is not working properly, please contact us using our contact form before returning the item. Return or replacement of the item may be arranged after investigation of the problem. Please quote your order number, email address and telephone number on all correspondence.
